Bid form for Organizing District Level Category / Open Tournaments & Championships to be submitted to EDCC alongwith Model Prospectus & Tournament Registration Fee.

1.  We shall forfit this amount if the event is not held at the place and on the dates allocated.

 2.  I/We hereby Guarantiee that for Children’s  events date of birth certificates will be collected from all players in District/State Championship and State Level Opens (from those who are not already registered in  the EDCC / TNSCA’s date of birth register) and send them to the  EDCC / TNSCA at the immediately after the tournament.

I/We guarntiee that we shall collect and remit to the EDCC with in 3 three days of the tournament/Championship.

1. EDCC Registration fee from players who are not already EDCC  registered .

2. The complete final standing and Tournament pairing file (done in Computer).

3. We shall strictly abide by the rules and regulation of a Chess tournaments framed by EDCC/TNSCA then and there.
